Kizaru is faster than Enel and has haki, Garp and Son goku are WAY stronger than Kizaru and would be able to fight off him as well. I like the art but Luffy is by far not the only person that could fight Enel. the only reason he was thought to be unbeatable was because he had never come up against someone stronger than himself up in Skypiea.
The art is cool and it is an interesting "what if" scenario, I just wanted to give my thoughts and point that out. You do a really good job capturing the over all style one One Piece and that is awesome.
